Selling Your
Store?
We acquire ecommerce businesses with proven revenue and real operational upside. If you've built something worth buying, we're ready to have a direct conversation.
What Numbers
We Look For
We consider stores generating a minimum of £3,000 per month in consistent, verifiable gross revenue. Our primary acquisition range sits between £5,000 and £100,000 per month, though we review exceptional stores outside this range.
Consistency matters more than peaks. A store doing £8,000 per month steadily for two years is more interesting to us than one that spiked to £30,000 once. We also look at margin, not just revenue. Platform fees, cost of goods and fulfilment costs are all factored into how we value a business.
£3k to £10k
Per month. Stores at the lower end need a clear growth story and clean account health.
£10k to £100k
Per month. Our core acquisition sweet spot. We move quickly on well-run stores in this range.
£100k+
Per month. We consider larger acquisitions on a case-by-case basis. Reach out directly.

Our Acquisition
Criteria
Proven Revenue
We look for stores with a consistent sales history, typically 12 months or more of traceable revenue. We don't require scale, but we require evidence of real demand.
Defensible Niche
Businesses that operate in a defined product category with a clear customer, not stores trying to serve everyone. The more specific the niche, the more defensible the position.
Platform Fit
We acquire stores on Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, eBay and WooCommerce. We understand how each platform works, which means we can evaluate and improve performance on each one from day one.
Operational Upside
We look for businesses where our infrastructure can drive meaningful improvement in sourcing, fulfilment, listing quality or platform strategy. If it's already perfect, we're probably not the right buyer.
Clean Account Health
No policy violations, no suspended accounts, no outstanding compliance issues. Platform health is non-negotiable and we evaluate it early in the process.
Realistic Expectations
We pay fair multiples based on audited performance, not aspirational projections. Sellers who understand their business and are willing to be straightforward get the best outcome.
From First Contact
to Closed Deal
Initial Enquiry
Submit your store details using the form below or email us directly. We'll review what you've shared and respond within three to five business days. No NDAs required at this stage, just enough information to establish whether there's a fit.
Due Diligence
If we're interested, we'll request access to platform analytics, revenue records and any relevant operational documentation. Our review is thorough but efficient. We know what we're looking for and we don't drag the process out unnecessarily.
Offer & Negotiation
We make a formal written offer based on what we find. We're transparent about how we arrive at our valuation. If there's a gap, we talk about it directly. We won't inflate offers to win a deal and then renegotiate in due diligence.
Transition & Handover
Once terms are agreed, we handle the transfer process systematically. Depending on the complexity of the business, transition periods typically run two to four weeks. We manage handover carefully to protect continuity for your customers and your reputation.
