How We Run
the Portfolio.
Every store in the Dyma portfolio is managed through a shared operational infrastructure built over years of running ecommerce businesses at scale.
One Team.
Many Brands.
Running a single ecommerce store well is hard. Running a portfolio of them across multiple platforms, categories and suppliers requires infrastructure most individual operators never build.
At Dyma, we've built that infrastructure deliberately. Our team handles product development, supplier relationships, platform management, fulfilment and brand growth across the entire portfolio with shared systems, shared knowledge and a consistent standard of execution.
"Our infrastructure is what makes an acquisition worth making and what turns a good store into a great one."
Five Areas of
Operational Focus
Product Development
New products across the portfolio are developed through a structured internal process combining market demand analysis, competitive research and practical manufacturability assessment. We don't list speculatively; we develop products we have reason to believe will perform.
For acquired stores, we audit the existing catalogue within the first 90 days and identify clear opportunities to improve, rationalise or expand the product range.
Supplier & Sourcing
Dyma maintains active supplier relationships across multiple product categories. For the portfolio, this means faster lead times, better pricing and access to manufacturers that most individual store owners cannot reach.
When we acquire a store, we review existing supplier arrangements on day one. Consolidating or improving sourcing is often the single fastest way to improve the underlying economics of an acquired business.
Platform Management
Etsy, Amazon and Shopify each have their own distinct algorithm, policy environment and optimisation logic. Our team maintains deep expertise in each one and manages listings, SEO, advertising and account health as ongoing functions, not afterthoughts.
Platform policy changes, algorithm shifts and seasonal demand patterns are monitored centrally and responded to across the portfolio simultaneously.
Logistics & Fulfilment
We manage fulfilment across a mix of in-house, third-party logistics and platform-native solutions such as FBA. The model varies by store and category. What matters is reliability and margin, not a single dogmatic approach.
Returns, customer service escalations and inventory replenishment are handled centrally, with each brand maintaining its own tone of voice and customer-facing standards.
Brand Development
Each brand in the Dyma portfolio has its own identity, positioning and customer relationship. We don't genericise what we acquire. We invest in photography, copy, packaging and brand consistency because we know it affects conversion, review quality and repeat purchase rate.
For stores we build from scratch, brand development begins before the first listing and the process is informed by the same frameworks we've validated across the portfolio.
Our Infrastructure
Works for
Your Store Too
When we acquire a store, we don't just buy it. We integrate it into a system that's already working.
If you're considering selling an ecommerce business, understanding what we do operationally should give you confidence that what you've built will be maintained and grown.
